Kelsey is a registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) with a strong background in working with children, adolescents, and families. She began her career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), supporting children on the autism spectrum and their caregivers. This experience laid the foundation for her client-centered, compassionate approach to therapy.

Kelsey’s therapeutic approach is rooted in Person-Centered and Attachment-Based modalities. She creates a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients of all ages can feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow. Whether working with a child learning to regulate emotions, a teen navigating identity, or an adult facing life transitions or anxiety, Kelsey brings curiosity, compassion, and presence to each session.

She is passionate about helping clients build resilience, develop self-awareness, and form healthier relationships—with others and with themselves.
